Carter joined DOB Energy’s editorial team in 2012. Prior to his current role, this journalist spent several years as a newspaper reporter predominantly in Saskatchewan, covering the city hall beat and later performing editor duties. While he finds himself addressing a range of energy-related topics at JWN, Carter has a propensity to write on environmental and social issues associated with oil and gas development.
