CCPS Transportation, LLC, will be holding a binding Open Season for the Spearhead Pipeline (Line 55) and offering up to approximately 165,000 barrels per day of commitments under both firm service transportation services agreements and throughput and deficiency agreements (Agreements). The contracted capacity will be available under an International Joint Tariff, with receipts in Western Canada and deliveries to Cushing, Oklahoma.

Open Season Process

The Open Season will begin at 9 a.m. MST on February 27, 2026, and conclude at 12 p.m. MST on March 27, 2026.

Bona fide potential shippers that desire to receive copies of the Open Season documents, including the Open Season Features and Terms and the Agreements, are required to execute a Confidentiality Agreement. A Confidentiality Agreement can be delivered upon request via email through CCPSTransportation@enbridge.com and Byron.Levie@enbridge.com.
